Can I use this during the day?

Yes. This is a leave-on spot treatment that can be used day or night on active pimples. In a daytime routine, finish the rest of your skincare first, including sunscreen if you are using it, then dab the drying lotion on the active spot as the very last step. If the white layer is too visible, apply a smaller amount during the day or use a fuller application at home or in the evening.
