Use with Caution If

Contains 377 and other brightening ingredients — sensitive skin should do a patch test firstNiacinamide sensitivity (rare but possible)Do not use simultaneously with the Salicylic Acid Toner in the same routine

Day 1–3

Brief tingling or mild tightness upon application is normal as skin adjusts to 377 and brightening actives — this should fade within 1–2 minutes. Any mild redness subsides quickly. Applying moisturizer afterward helps relieve tightness.

Day 4–7

Tingling and tightness decrease noticeably with each use as skin builds tolerance. Complexion may start to look less dull.

Day 7–14

Skin has largely adjusted — little to no tingling. Skin tone begins to appear more even with continued use.

When to Worry

If discomfort persists beyond 2 minutes, is accompanied by persistent redness, swelling, peeling, rash, or skin breakage, stop using the product. Normal tolerance building: tingling fades quickly, no persistent redness, no peeling/rash, no skin breakage, and discomfort lessens with each use.

Mistake

Not wearing sunscreen with this

Why It's Bad

Without sunscreen, the brightening effect is greatly reduced, and you increase the risk of skin sensitivity and photoaging.

Do Instead

Apply SPF 30+ every morning without exception.

Mistake

Using two toners in the same routine

Why It's Bad

Layering multiple toners at once can make the routine redundant and increase the chance of sensitivity.

Do Instead

Use this toner on its own in the brightening step, then follow with serum and moisturizer.
